Ничего уже не будет фантастикой, проблема в другом, когда это начнет становится реальностью, это 100% будет не совсем тем, что вы видите. И это "не совсем" не даст вам подготовится. А "эффективные менеджеры" не могут даже очевидные вещи спрогнозировать, а это... Еще раз - проблема не в технологиях, проблема в сложившейся кадровой системе всего мира!
