حالة عيادية من الاستشارات : #لما_جسمك_يعطيك_إنذار_أخير! 🚨 مرت معي حالة لمريض شاب، جاي ومعه باقة تحاليل بتلخص (المتلازمة الاستقلابية) النموذجية: سكر صائم 122 (مرحلة ما قبل السكري). إنزيم الكبد ALT طالع لـ 94 (كبد دهني واضح). ارتفاع بالشحوم الثلاثية وحمض البول. المريض كان متوقع إني اكتبله راشيتا فيها 4 أو 5 أنواع أدوية طريقة علاجي إله كانت مختلفة تماماً: جسمه كان لسا ببر الأمان وعم يعطيه فرصة ذهبية. المشكلة كلها منبع…
