Всегда старался разнообразить силовые тренировки кардио — плаванием, лыжами, велосипедом. Май и июнь были сложными: один «Штурм Берлина» дался так, как будто я им руководил, ну и удалось заложить неплохой задел на следующий год, ценой выпадения из тренировочного процесса. Сейчас, на отдыхе, говорю тренеру: хочу нагрузить себя по полной — тренировки каждый день, три раза в неделю зал, остальное — низкоинтенсивное кард…
