❎مراجعه کننده محترم آقای 42 ساله ای هستند که از فریدونکنار تشریف آوردند و مشکلشون زخم وسوزش درناحیه زبان بوده که به مدت یکسال ایجاد شده دراین مدت به پزشک مراجعه کرده وتجویز دارو انجام شده اما بهبودی مشاهده نشد. لازم به ذکر هست که مادرشون به دنبال سرطان زبان فوت کردند. در معاینه داخل دهانی به صورت دوطرفه در مخاط باکال پلاک سفید رنگی دیده شد ودر معاینه زبان زخم دوطرفه همراه با پلاک سفید رویت شد. در سطح زبان نیز نواحی س…
