فاجعه دیگر از زحمتکشان شورای مرکزی اولا: انتخاب ناظر حتی حتی به صورت لیست کوتاه توسط مالک چه مبنای عقلایی و حقوقی دارد؟ قطع به یقین این کار دست مالک رو برای انتخاب ناظر با شرایط خاص بازتر میکند. دوما: بر چه اساس ناظر و طراح پروژه یکی می شود؟ در صورت یکی شدن ارکان عملا تعارض منافع ایجاد میکند. واقعا سطح صنفی این قوانین تاسف آور است. دوستان اعتراضی ندارند؟
