Singola barista, pastry con qualche moscerino sopra, ma un buon espresso Tanzania sempre medium roast che funziona ragazzi, poco da dire. Lo avrei voluto single e non doppio ma ok dai. Questo vicinissimo all'hotel, nel quartiere del porto tutto moderno e in costruzione, vicinissimo alle mura storiche, cosa davvero strana. Bar piccolino, una sola persona a far tutto. Tornati da kaffa per l'ultimo caffè di Helsinki, preso un v60 molto buono nonostante il rush. Menzione speciale al loro almond croissant che mi ha riempito per le prossime due settimane. Avevo un altro roaster segnato ma purtroppo non facciamo in tempo, si continua domani con Tallinn.

Ce l'abbiamo fatta. 📍Kaffa Roastery Due caffè per espresso chiaramente indicati con origine, processo, livello di tostatura. "due flat white con il light roast se possibile, grazie!" e siamo assolutamente BACK, poco importa se in realtà è medium, io bevo avidamente. Cinnamon roll buoni, nulla da dire. 📍Cafetoria Ennesima occasione sprecata. Il bro è portoghese trasferitosi stabilmente ad Helsinki. Ho visto che copre praticamente tutto lo spettro del roasting: dallo specialty tostato chiaro al... 📍Andante Coffee Vicino all'hotel, mi ha gasato che avessero vari roaster abbastanza conosciuti ma purtroppo come handbrew avevano per lo più dak (e un tanat da 12 - dodici! Euro.
