У Краматорську відновили газопостачання для понад 500 абонентів Красноторки. Після нещодавнього ворожого обстрілу було пошкоджено підземний розподільчий газопровід у селищі Красноторка Краматорської громади. Через аварійну ситуацію без газопостачання залишилися 564 абоненти. За тиждень газовики АТ «ДОНЕЦЬКОБЛГАЗ» локалізували наслідки 52 пошкоджень газових мереж після обстрілів. 23 липня близько 15:30 російські війська завдали авіаудару по Слов'янську, застосувавши ФАБ-250 з УМПК. Під ударом опинилася житлова забудова міста.
