Заметка про семейную ипотеку вызвала смешанную реакцию. В телеграм-каналах сетовали на излишний оптимизм, а несколько человек с гусарской усмешкой предложили «в следующий раз написать, что деньги с депозитов хлынут рекой и все будет как в том мультике про золотую антилопу». А теперь, собственно, про рынок ипотеки. Вообще ситуация с ипотекой развивается крайне интересным образом. Много лет потребовалось народу, чтобы научиться брать жилье в кредит. В 2011 году было выдано 450 тыс. кредитов, а в 2019 - уже 1.3 млн. К 2021 году процесс хорошо ускорился - выдали аж 1.9 млн, а в 2023 перешагнули планку в 2 млн кредитов. И тут дернули стопкран: ключ повысили до 21%, льготную ипотеку сверну…
