Вопрос: “что Вы рекомендуете пациентам с миастенией на лечении КС при нарушении засыпания, продолжительности и глубины сна?” Подход к инсомнии при миастении такой же, как к инсомнии вообще. В низких дозах КС скорее улучшают сон и снижают тревогу, при усилении терапии могут нарушать сон (механизмы обсуждаются). Поэтому идти нужно от клиники и далее смотреть по состоянию пациента, какая терапия будет наиболее безопас…
