Всем привет! 💫 Эта неделя выдалась *настоящей суматохой* 🌀 — никак не удавалось взять себя в руки, и настроение тоже скакало, как мячик 🏓… С питанием — та же карусель! 🎠 Оно прыгало *точно так же*, как и мои килограммы: то 85, то 86,5… А сегодня остановилось на 86,2 кг ⚖️ Было много вкусного и полезного (да-да, такое бывает! 🥗✨), но… ⏱️ Время приёмов пищи — увы, не соблюдала.
