Это кстати путь к гарантийному удержанию определенной суммы на каком нибудь счете специальном, чтобы точно выплаты проходили. Крупные заказчики такую практику давно используют.

Вопрос к знатокам - многие застройщики, которые сейчас продают квартиры по цене в ноль рентабельности с высоким дисконтом, планируют нести гарантийные обязательства длиною в 10 лет ? Мне думается, исходя из изложенного два вывода: - брать можно только у проверенных - еще один аргумент к росту ценны недвижимости, застройщики начнут учитывать стоимость гарантии в цене квадратного метра

Хочу рассказать, об одном из первым мест жизни и своего обитания в п. Пионерском Советского района, Тюменской области. Отец уехал строить газопровод Уренгой - Помары - Ужгород в 1983 году. Мама вместе со мной приехала в 1984 году, мне было 3 года. И первое наше жилище выглядело именно так.
