Разразился новым лонгридом - по тензорному параллелизму. Хотел чутка написать, но как обычно тема оказалась весьма обширной. Наконец-то разобрался как ускорять один поток и как оправдать несколько GPU в сервере, и почему нельзя пренебрегать скоростью PCIE. )

Наткнулся на добротное тестирование различных RAG-методов от авторов фреймворка - RAGLAB. (git) Собственно сам фреймворк предназначен для тестирования RAG-методов. С помощью 10 датасетов тестировали модели Llama3-70b и Llama3-8b, есть также GPT-3.5, но в этот пост я не включил его. ⭐️ Эконом альтернатива 4060 TI 16 GB 22 TF / 136 tensors - плюс в том, что новые все еще продаются, минус - по 60к, уже не так выгодно, как было около 50к. На мой взгляд, хоть вариант экономный, но производительность уже не соответствует перспективным вызовам. Лучше уже б/у на 3090 или 4070 ti super аккумулировать.
