Поняла, что давно читаю канал "Психология воина". И для мирной жизни полезен. Для тех, кто придёт с птср, и для их семей, - тем более. Ещё читала, что птср может начаться не сразу, а спустя годы - от какого-то триггера. В общем, вдруг, кому надо, - делюсь.

Хочу с вами поделиться дневником военного психолога. Посты там в последнее время редко, автор воюет, но у него всё хорошо, я узнавала. Читать интересно и, думаю, очень полезно на будущее, когда наши парни вернутся с войны. Формат отдельных рассказов, реальных историй, а не какие-нибудь нудные лекции и советы. В общем, мне очень понравилось, это рекомендация от души.
