Мне нравится как в европейских компаниях уделяют внимание безопасности данных и здоровой рабочей атмосфере. Всех сотрудников ежегодно обязывают проходить тренинги по Cyber security, дискриминацию, харасмент, коррупцию и т.д. Все это проводится на разных интерактивных платформах.
