Мультфильм по Frogger 1983 г., как ни странно, не так уж ужасен.
Но к первоисточнику не имеет почти никакого отношения, кроме главгероя — вполне ожидаемо от экранизации такой древней и простенькой игры. И начисто забыт.

В наши края Frogger заглянул окружным путем — в виде клона, известного под названием Perestroika (позже выпущенного также как Toppler). Игру накодил в 1989 г. для DOS простой советский программист Никита Скрипкин. В 90-х "Перестройку" портировали под Windows, изменив оформление. Регулярно встречалась на CD-сборниках типа "200 лучших игр для PC".
Отметим 45-летие Frogger!
Знаковая аркадная игра про несчастного лягуха, пытающегося пересечь автостраду, вышла в августе 1981 г. (без точной даты). Это была одна из первых аркадных игр, выдающих больше 4 цветов на экране одновременно. Ну а лягух несчастный еще и потому, что тут у него целых девять способов помереть, включая и утопление — он не умеет плавать.
Frogger был очень успешен и впоследствии был портирован …
Зачем нам Family Computer, когда есть золотой Bowling Computer!
Клон из Таиланда, а их часто можно опознать по:
- золочению корпуса или лого;
- выпуклым надписям на корпусе.
При чем тут боулинг, неизвестно, правда. Наверно, популярен в тех краях.
