Очень странно, что при большой популярности велосипеда в городе, в Калининграде нет придомовых велопарковок. Сделать общий велогараж на одном парковочное месте или площадке намного проще, чем каждый день таскать велосипед по лестницам. Было бы совсем хорошо, если бы муниципалитет помогал инициативным жителям юридически или часть затрат покрывал. #аркадийгершман

Гуляю по Калининграду, очень печалит состояние некогда красивых мест. При том даже не обязательно всё переделывать капитально и вкладывать миллиарды — достаточно обновить покрытие, поставить ограждение из нержавейки и нейтральные скамейки. #Аркадийгершман

Очень радует, что в городе начинают появляться новые пешеходные зоны с озеленением. Особенно хорошо, что появляются они на месте бывшей парковки - стоянка убивает место, с ним становится невозможно взаимодействовать, а так пространство как раз становится общественным. Но вообще я хотел обратить внимание на клинкерное мощение - подобное не применялось в России примерно с 1930-1940 годов. Так что площадь будет уникаль…
