A C++ library can be used in a .NET/C# project, which shouldn't be any news, but it isn't very common to see how both C++ and C# targets can be handled in the same project with CMake, so I wanted to try that out. The CMake's target_link_libraries() function has 3 different scopes: PRIVATE, INTERFACE and PUBLIC.
