Любимая моя студия Yogaspace напомнила это забавное видео. Я очень люблю и силовые стили и сама практиковала аштангу много лет. Так же как и люблю инь-йогу и другие мягкие стили. Всё полезно, когда оно в балансе и разумно используется.

Проводила сегодня арт-практику в рамках творческой лаборатории, о которой расскажу чуть позже.
А сегодня поймала себя на ощущении, что это стал уже такой рядовой для меня процесс - проводить творческие занятия. Я вспоминаю как мечтала раньше попасть в эту реальность.
