Не все MVNO одинаково полезны Интересную тенденцию заметил. Есть host-оператор Т2. На нем работают различные MVNO. В одной и той же локации разные виртуальные операторы имеют разное покрытие и качество связи. Больше всего претензий к СберМобайлу. Делали сравнительный тест.
