Минэнерго тему создания условий по энергоснабжению ЦОД свело к одной цели - вкатить в интересах Россетей трояна в виде оплаты по максималке. Условий для ЦОД не возникнет, а оплата по максималке вполне возможна. Это к тому, что любая инициатива, которой занимается Минэнерго в конечном итоге сводится к "бери или плати".
