Оливье. Сидя в Греции задумался, что Оливье явно произошло от оливок (Olives). Но в составе нет никаких оливок! Есть версия, что может быть все должно заправлять оливковым майонезом. Кстати, здесь оливье называют русским салатом. А вот то, что мы считаем греческим - это деревенский, и там оливок полно. P/S. Да, я прочитал, что это названо в честь повара Оливье. Но уверен, что его фамилия все равно связана с оливкам…

Неделя прошла с начала моего путешествия. Я просто пил чай, делал цигун и все как-то сложилось.
