Систематизирую прочитанное. Я, когда слушаю книжку, делаю конспект в телефоне, а потом все равно надо переносить на бумагу. От книжки знаменитого переговорщика осталось почему-то оч мало заметок, в числе прочего - про умение не реагировать как суперсилу. Пауза даёт возможность мозгу собраться и вместо ре-активного ответа произвести про-активный. Другой вопрос, что он упоминает 90 секунд, во время переговоров это стра…

Смотрим с ребёнком Интерстеллар, малыми порциями. Параллельно я читаю вслух краткое содержание, шоб было понятнее. Интересно, что прилив по-шведски называется tidvatten. Стопудово от английского tidewater, но получилось неожиданно оч красиво: тид - время, ваттен - вода. И тогда получается, на планете-океане их смыло не только водой, но и временем. По-моему, очень красиво. #боберпроявляется

Котик нынче утром, пока я сушила голову, украл курицу, завёрнутую в фольгу и целлофановый пакет, у меня из рюкзака. Я вышла из ванной как раз вовремя, чтобы успеть вырвать курицу у котика ззуб. Раздала люлей, пропустила трамвай, как вывод - стараюсь передвигаться сегодня максимально замедленно и осторожно. Но неприятный осадок раздражение осталось. Как у вас? А, и корицу в кофе забыла. И утерянные ребёнком ключи обой…

Еду в трамвае. Рядом трое мальчишек, лет 13-15 по виду, говорят по-русски. Слышу обрывки: "это не человек, это какой-то другой уровень эволюции, он математику на 'отлично' знает, биологию на 'отлично'... Не, ну если переплавить... Передай своей маме, что я её люблю... Не знаю, видимо, какой-то школьный проект.." И ни слова мата. Практически плачу от умиления. Што это было?

Давать себе время быть не в ресурсе. Пример. Я провела три дня у бывшей свекрови, с ребёнком и бывшим мужем. Это было во многих отношениях оч даже хорошо. Церемония отъезда сопровождалась, однако, по традиции, весьма громким ором и истериками, в этом виде спорта у моего бывшего мужа черный пояс (почему я и развелась много лет назад, хвала богине), и ребёнок тоже молодец. В силу жизненного опыта и некоторой квалификац…

Пришла к выводу, что полезно в самом начале отпуска (любой длительности) менять картинку. Необязательно сразу ехать на Лазурный берег. Можно просидеть день в парке, если любите парки, пойти в музей и/или в кафе, выехать куда-то на день, переночевать в отеле с завтраком своем городе, кароч, кому что нравится. Происходит такой перезапуск психики, это может быть хорошо. Хорошей недели всем!❤️ #итаквсезнают

Слоняюсь по огромному парку. Встретила: стрекозу, зайца, козла, бабочек, шмелей, выдру, сороку, цаплю, галок, множество разнообразных водоплавающих, от лебедей до канадских гусей, люди тож встречаются в довольно большом количестве, продолжаю наблюдение. Такое чувство, что правда в отпуске.
