У Флагман Крауд изменились учредители Учредитель оператора платформы (первоначальный основатель ООО) Тимур Ксёнз, владеющий доли 28,8%, вышел из состава учредителей. Доля 71,2% осталась у Глуховой Эльвиры, из-за которой про возможные проблемы у платформы я писал ранее. Генеральным директором остается Глухов В. Штраф оператору платформы при просрочке займа На многих платформах оператор берет штраф с заемщика за просрочку займа. Что нелогично. Согласно 259-ФЗ "оператор инвестиционной платформы не отвечает по обязательствам лиц, привлекающих инвестиции", т.е. оператор при выдаче не рискует деньгами, но зарабатывает на просрочках, рискует инвестор. Антирейтинг платформ Посчитал я долю просрочки по займам на платформах. Долю считал по каждой платформе, как объем просрочки на конец 2025 года деленный на выданный объем займов за все время до 2025 года включительно, объемы в рублях. На двух платформах-новичках увидел следующие похожие схемы работы. Документов не видел, поэтому исхожу из описания. Инвесторы дают заем партнеру платформы. Партнер-заемщик становится собственником автомобиля (простая покупка или у лизинговой компании). Предприниматель, который хочет выкупить автомобиль, пользуется им по договору аренды или существующему договору лизинга, выкупленному партнером у лизинговой компании.…

После вчерашнего вебинара Conomica появилось несколько интересных моментов. По факторинговым займам при оплате дебитором инвестор должен подать 3-НДФЛ и заплатить налог (особенность схемы). Сказали, что помогут с этим. Плюс для инвестора - можно крутить налог до его оплаты. На платформе (как и на других) привлекает займы аффилированная компания. По займу на сборе плавающая ставка от 17 до 25% в зависимости от доход…

Написал небольшой анализ документов bizmall. Следующим возможно будет платформа ПЛИП (или более популярная). Там ABIO (я тоже не знаю, что это), специализированное финансовое общество, залог денежных требований по лизингу. С другой стороны, есть Conomica, про которых я писал на канале. Где вместо залога платформа забирает само денежное требование заемщика к дебитору (дебиторскую задолженность). Сегодня они проводят…

❌ ЦБ добавил в черный список с признаками незаконного привлечения инвестиций два похожих Телеграм-бота с безобидными названиями: "Определи свой тип инвестора" (26.06.2026) и "Узнайте, какой вы инвестор" (07.07.2026) Название не подразумевает какого-то привлечения. Что бы получить больше информации, ЦБ нужно было взаимодействовать с ботом. Целенаправленно ищет ресурсы? Или неудачно вложивший инвестор пожаловался в ЦБ…
