Первая отправка мобилизованных из Инзы
Инзенским районным судом вынесен приговор по уголовному делу в отношении жителя Инзы, которому вменено убийство (ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ) и умышленное уничтожение чужого имущества путём поджога с причинением значительного ущерба (ч.2 ст.167 УК РФ). Вчера Инзенский районный суд арестовал истязателя на 2 месяца.
В Инзе отчим жестоко избил двухлетнего мальчика. В настоящее время ребёнок направлен в одну из больниц г. Ульяновска. Следственными органами возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 117 УК РФ (истязание) , предусматривающие наказание от 3 до 7 лет лишения свободы.
