На прошлых выходных провели крутой курс Базовой Безопасности! Два дня нон-стопом с полным погружением! Благодарим Надю Абрамову и ее ассистента за такую мощную практику 🔥 С ребятами, которые прошли курс, можно теперь хоть куда 😉 Практиковали различные виды спасработ: методы T-rescue, H-rescue, рука бога, рывок бедром от носа, самоспасение (ковбойский метод), спасение двоек, транспортировка пострадавшего, потеря…

Готовим отчеты по тренировочному походу по реке Пре и прошедшему Курсе Базовой Безопасности. Но на самом деле, хотим сказать, что по независящим от нас причинам и стечению обстоятельств, мы не будем проводить двухдневные выезды до осени. Скорее всего, ограничимся выездом на Ярославский марафон в сентябре и в конце сентября-октябре проведем двухдневный выезд на Московское море. В остальные выходные дни работаем по …

В прошлые выходные провели отличную тренировку по спас работам. Ребята старались, спасали себя и друга. Отработали навыки, которые необходимы в походе. Гроза и порывы ветра лишь добавили антуража 🔥 А на другой день прогулка на 26 км - компания собралась бодрая, хотели побольше погрести. Кто мы такие, чтобы отказывать в таком деле 😉 Теперь активно готовимся к предстоящему Курсу по Безопасности от гида Vostok Exped…

Всем привет! Отлично потренировались в это воскресенье. Было много солнца, были катера и волны, было чуть больше 20 км. Открыли купальный сезон 🫧 Что на этой неделе? 12 июня - базовое занятие (управление каяком и совсем немного спас работ) 13 июня - спас работы. Много, плотно.
