Nebenbei noch 2 Tipps über selbstverständliche Dinge, die wir für ganz normal halten, uns aber krank machen können. - (Das Thema ist komplex und teilweise umstritten) Textilien aus Polyester, weil sie billig sind, schlecht warmhalten und den Schweiß kaum bis nicht durchlassen.
