По словам вице-премьера, неналаженные коммуникации стали причиной омерзительной, на мой взгляд, истории с вывозом детей из детдома в Баганашыле. Отчасти согласна. Непоследовательная коммуникация акимата, замалчивание земельного вопроса, отсутствие кризисных (и, похоже, посткризисных) коммуникаций - это минимальный набор коммуникативных проблем в этом скандале.
