❓مربی چه کارهایی میتونه انجام بده؟ ✅ فعالیت رو به مراحل کوچیک تر تقسیم کنید تا کودک احساس موفقیت کنه ✅ به جای گفتن «درسته» یا «غلطه»، روی تلاش کودک تمرکز کنید ✅ اجازه بدید کودک اشتباه کنه، اشتباه کردن بخشی از یادگیریه، نه نشونه شکست ✅ به جای «تو نمیتونی»، بگید: «هنوز یاد نگرفتی، ولی با تمرین میتونی» ✅ کودک رو با خودش مقایسه کنید، نه با دیگران

حتماً با کودکانی روبهرو شدید که قبل از شروع یک فعالیت میگن: «بلد نیستم.» «سخته.» «من نمیتونم.» و... در بسیاری از موارد، مشکل ناتوانی نیست؛ ترس از شکسته👌🏻 🔻کودکی که بارها با دیگران مقایسه شده، به خاطر اشتباه سرزنش شده یا همیشه نتیجه کارش بیشتر از تلاشش مورد توجه قرار گرفته، ممکنه ترجیح بده اصلاً شروع نکنه🧐

همه کودکانی که آروم هستن، خجالتی نیستن؛ و همه کودکانی که تو بازی ها شرکت نمیکنن لجباز یا ناسازگار نیستن... گاهی اونا فقط به زمان، احساس امنیت و همراهی بیشتری نیاز دارن✌🏻
❓حالا مربی چه کارهایی میتونه انجام بده؟ ✅ اول اجازه بدید کودک فقط تماشاگر باشه ✅ مجبورش نکنید تو بازی شرکت کنه ✅ نقش های ساده و کوتاه بهش بدید ✅ موفقیت های کوچیکش رو توصیف و تشویق کنید ✅ اونو کنار کودکی بذارید که رفتار حمایتگرانه داره

اگر کودکی از بازی های گروهی فاصله میگیره، همیشه به این معنی نیست که خجالتی یا لجبازه... گاهی دلیلش میتونه یکی از موارد زیر باشه: 🌱 هنوز احساس امنیت کافی در محیط نداره 🌱 نمیدونه قوانین بازی چیه 🌱 از اشتباه کردن یا قضاوت شدن میترسه 🌱 بازی برای سن یا تواناییش بیش از حد سخته 🌱 به زمان بیشتری برای مشاهده و آماده شدن نیاز داره
