Типовая схема попадания масла в тормозную жидкость оригинального гидропривода сцепления Opel Easytronic. Уплотнения из EPDM при контакте с масляными загрязнениями необратимо портятся. На схеме видны все уплотнения гидропривода сцепления, нагнетательные трубки, взаимное расположение элементов (кроме расширительного бачка).

В КПП автомобиля был установлен наш полный набор: синхронизаторы, шайбы дифференциала, поправлены зазоры валов КПП по заводской инструкции (и плюсом еще промежуточный вал отрегулировали, в инструкции такого нет) и т.д., что могли предусмотреть. Ударов и толчков уже не стало, но все-таки какое-то затягивание ("зажевывание") при переключении передачи было заметно. Уменьшили зазоры в рычажном механизме выбора передач. Н…

Случай стал уже очень частым (и кто научил-то?), что такой способ защёлкивать ГЦС - не «лайфхак», а способ его сломать. Заметили, что даже СТО не брезгуют таким методом, но вы должны понимать, что в этом случае ГЦС ломается. Его нужно защёлкивать воздухом или жидкостью - давлением через магистраль высокого давления.

Вот видео (как обещали) с обучением робота I-Shift с механическими маховиком и сцеплением. На РЦС с выставленной нулевой точкой это работает хорошо. Обязательно снимем поездку, тоже выложим.

Наш РЦС для Хонды I-Shift имеет регулировку нулевой точки, поэтому можно и сцепление от "ручной" КПП установить (с "ручным" маховиком, конечно) - работает прекрасно. Видео делали, но потерялось в процессе - сделаем еще.
