Сегодня все таки решила пробовать разные форматы рилсов. Нашелся один довод, который меня к этому сподвиг. Буду тестировать и потом поделюсь с вами. И вроде пишут - «это легко, 5 минут на рилс и тд», но я опять потратила полдня. Вымораживают технические моменты😤😤😤 «Делегируй» - скажите вы. Но мне важно понять самой сначала, нужно ли это вообще или нет. Делитесь как у вас?

День 10. Снова хочется слиться…. Интересные вещи: когда не вела соц.сети казалось, что мыслей и инсайтов столько, что мне срочно это нужно куда то выгружать. Но как только решилась на челлендж в Инстаграмм, то все нормальные мысли куда то убегают))) И еще: сегодня поймала себя на мысли, что наверное нужно писать план🙃 Посмотрим куда меня это приведет

Всё чаще начала общаться с ИИ и всё больше понимаю, что детям важно развивать критическое мышление….иначе капец…. Вижу как вокруг подростки решают любые вопросы с помощью чата GPT и мне страшно. Не от того, что они общаются с ИИ, а от того, что дети принимают всю информацию как единственно верную 🙈🙈🙈 А что вы думаете по этому поводу?
БОЛЬШЕ НЕ НАДО ИСКАТЬ ПРЕДНАЗНАЧЕНИЕ…. Послушай до конца и поймешь.

«Есть только МИГ между прошлым и будущим, именно он называется жизнь…» Вот здесь я обнаружила баг: мы думаем, что если фокусируемся на настоящем, то мы 100% живём…. А вот и нет: надо еще распознать свою ли жизнь мы живем в этот момент или чужую. Есть варианты как это быстро понять?

Осознанно начинаю замедляться (даже видео ставлю на минус). Чем больше замедляюсь, тем больше успеваю сделать за день. Парадокс)

Просто жить … Именно это оказалось для меня самым сложным. Просто жить и радоваться простым вещам - это значит держать внимание и фокус на себе и своих желаниях, перестать тревожиться за всех вокруг, перестать всех спасать, перестать доказывать и перестать брать не свою ответственность и нести не свою ношу… В общем, перестать ЖИТЬ НЕ СВОЮ ЖИЗНЬ… И вот в 54 года я начала учиться жить по настоящему🙌

Сегодня моя история опять была про «слиться» и не вести соц.сети. Кучу вопросов в своей голове я услышала сегодня: от «кому это нужно» до «ты же даже голову не помыла»…. Я думала, что страх общественного мнения утих у меня, ведь я уже прошла определенный путь и даже познакомилась с хейтом по полной программе) Казалось бы теперь уж ничего не остановит! Но…. Новый виток и страх опять сказал «здравствуйте». Оставлю …
