В гос поликлиниках всегда странные требования вплючают в план. От плана зависит зарплата. Не выполняешь план - сидишь на окладе. Руководство негодует, ведь от выполнения планов зависит и их зп 🤦♀️ Сейчас и МАХ не все хотят ставить. И, вообще, люди сами решают, что себе устанавливать, а что нет. А врачей снова используют. Да и все эти требования = подавление психологически Врачи хотят лечить! А не думать, кто откуд…

Это окно российской поликлиники. В кабинетах дубак...9-12 градусов тепла. Врачи и медсестры в куртках на приеме, в кабинетах где-то стоят обогреватели. Зато нам глава ФФОМС Баланин рассказывает, что среднемесячная зарплата врачей в системе ОМС в 2025 году составила 147 тыс. рублей, а среднего медперсонала — 71 тыс. рублей. Ну да, ну да)

Я ни в коем случае не обесцениваю работу, которая приводит к чистоте, но все же возникает вопрос: как человек, ответственный за жизнь людей, получает зарплату на уровне уборщицы? А потом мы удивляемся почему у нас не хватает медицинских работников. А как жить за такую зарплату? И зачем такая ответственность? Тем более, не удивлюсь, что эта зарплата указана с учётом переработок.
