Интересные факты про Москва Сити. По изначальному архитектурному плану Башня Федерация вместе со шпилем должна была стать самым высоким зданием в Европе. Но в итоге концепция изменилась - шпиль оказался объектом незаконного строительство, и так и не был достроен, а башня вместо 93 получила 95 этажей.
