США планируют ужесточить требования по инвесторской визе EB‑5, дающей право на постоянное проживание в США, в т.ч. повысить минимальные инвестиции для проектов в районах с высокой занятостью до 1,4 млн USD, стандартный порог для прочих вложений остаётся 1,05 млн USD. Верховный суд США признал недействительным указ Дональда Трампа об ограничении права на гражданство по рождению. Пять из шести судей признали, что это право гарантируется Конституцией США. МВД Армении планирует ужесточить требования для приобретения гражданства Армении. Проект закона с новыми требованиями может быть внесен в парламент в ближайшие месяцы. В июне 2026 года в Турции фактически сняли ограничения по ранее "закрытым" для иностранцев районам при обращении за ВНЖ. Электронная система e‑ikamet теперь пропускает заявления почти отовсюду, кроме стамбульских районов Фатих и Эсенюрт. Ранее с 2022 года список "закрытых" районов расширяли до 781, затем до 1169, а в 2023‑м в Стамбуле добавили ещё 9 районов.
