24번째 상담 상담하려고 했던건 아닌데 어쩌다가 상담처럼 됐음 비교적 최근에 꽤 성장한 KOL 이었는데 내용은 크립토 빌더(?)로 진입하기 위해서는 뭘해야되는가 이거였음 뭘해야되는지보다는 뭐부터 해야되는지가 맞을거 같음 크립토가 모두가 알듯이 히스토리도 짧고 근본이 없어서 빌더로 들어오는 경로도 엄청 다양하고 딱히 정해진 전공이나 커리어나 커리큘럼 같은거도 없음 극소수 물리/수학 올림피아드 출신이나 글로벌 탑 대학 엔지니어링 전공에 좋은곳 펠로우 경험이 있는 경우를 제외하면 제외하면 대부분은 리서치나 마케팅으로 시작함 (프리랜서 솔로 데브나 인하우스 주니어 개발자로 시작하는 방법도 있음) 크립토 특성상 대부분 작은 팀의 신생 스타트업이고 그렇기 때문에 보통 신입급 한명이 모든 잡무를 다맡아야되는 경우가 많음 쉽게 말하면 리서치로 …

디파이 LP 쪽에서 다들 UI/UX 개선에 집중하는게 느껴짐 대부분 솔라나긴한데 메테오라 디파이튜나 메트엔진 바이리얼 또뭐있더라 아무튼 많음 어쨌든 압도적인 나는 후발주자였는데 시장 수요를 파악해서 지금은 어느정도 기능과 개발을 리드하는 플랫폼을 만든다는 느낌이 들어서 기분좋았음 카피는 뭐 당연히 할거라고 생각했어서 그러려니 하는편이고 그거 신경쓸 시간에 하나라도 더 새로운거 만들어서 내보낼 생각 LP 라는건 굉장히 크립토에서도 나름 크고 오래된 시장이고 여전히 성장 가능성이 높다고 생각하는데 이제 뉴비 온보딩에 집중해서 새로운 마켓을 만들어야 된다는 입장

20번째 상담 어쩌다보니 해외 빌더도 도와주는중 메테오라에서 이런저런 툴 만드는 사람이 있었는데 아부다비에서 만난 이후로 친해져서 서로 지인 소개도 해주면서 협력(?) 중임 툴을 본인이 한 4-5개 정도 만들었는데 어떤거 같냐고 보여주고 어떻게 해야될거 같은지 물어보길래 쭉 봤음 가장 먼저 든 생각은 개별 툴 중에 이미 더 전문적으로 잘만든 툴이 있어서 경쟁력이 떨어지는건 정리해서 리소스를 관리하는게 좋아보였음 그리고 웹이 나뉘어지면 정신이 없기 때문에 우선 UI 대강 정리하고 서비스를 하나로 통합하고 저렴한 도메인을 하나 구매하라고 했음 사람들은 툴이나 앱 자체에 돈을 잘 안쓰기 때문에 보통 프라이빗으로 쓰는거 아니면 트래픽이 몰려도 비용만 많이 나가고 사업이 안돼서 접는 경우가 많음 일단은 기본적으로 붙일수 있는 레퍼럴 링크랑…
