Искреннее прощение - это то, что невозможно ни сымитировать, ни форсировать. Если обида поверхностная - легче, но если она запала глубоко, то прощение такой обиды должно созреть. Лучшее из того, что нужно сделать, чтобы это всё-таки случилось, - принять решение о прощении. Это основной шаг, который можно проконтролировать. Все остальное сделает за вас время. Просто примите решение простить и ждите, пока внутри все…
