Два рецепта согревающих чаев, которые я на постоянной основе воспроизвожу в Дубае: 1. Имбирный. Тут по дефолту, берем имбирь и лимон, черный чай и/или ромашки и много меда (добавлять мед можно только в теплую воду, чтобы сохранить полезные свойства, в кипятке мед waisted и ничего полезного не остается.
