В значимые дни стараюсь целостно находиться в моменте, не отвлекаясь на внешнее. Таким для меня и является праздник 9 мая. Практически всегда проводила его в кругу семьи в важности разговоров про былое. Про нашу родовую историю. Поэтому напишу сегодня об этом 🔻

Каждый день стараюсь уделять время чтению. Лучше всего аналоговых книг. Это важно для развития креативности мышления. А также это важная часть «побыть собой», обогатиться новыми качествами, измышлениями. И лучше прочитать сегодня 1-2 статьи или пару страниц, чем не читать совсем) Все лучшее начинается с маленьких каждодневных шагов.
