Отпуск начался🥳 У меня пошёл мой первый летний отпуск. Этим летом отдыхаю целых 4 недели: неделя сейчас и потом ещё 3 с конца июля. В первый раз за годы своей практики я сильно устала и, действительно, нуждаюсь в отдыхе, как-то плохо распределила периоды отдыха, что между зимним отдыхом и отдыхом сейчас прошло почти полгода. Как спорт помогает мне справляться с кризисом 8 месяцев я стабильно занимаюсь спортом, чуть меньше слежу за питанием. И если в начале пути мне нужно было много ресурса, чтобы удерживаться в новом для себя режиме, то сейчас этот режим уже стал частью моей жизнью, ушёл в фон и не требует усилий. Я снизила стоимость терапии с 5000 до 4000 и хочу честно рассказать почему Знаете, наверно, психологу не стоит писать такой текст. Тем более психологу на грани финансовой катастрофы. Но я уже не уверена, что этот канал способен привести ко мне клиентов. Да и заводился он с миссией рассказывать об изнанке терапии. А изнанка сейчас такова, что ко мне перестали приходить новые клиенты, а старые начинают чувствовать себ…

Сегодня самый лучший день в году Потому что впереди целое лето, все 92 денёчка, моё самое любимое время года. И не смотря на то, что я вхожу в него на пороге кризиса (расскажу об этом позже), я подумаю об этом завтра осенью. Знаете, долгое время своей практики я не могла определиться со своей центральной темой работы с клиентами. Вот мои клиенты они в основном про что, какой их запрос? Может самооценка, проблемы в отношениях с противоположным полом, сепарация от родителей, самоопределение? Может быть личностные расстройства малой психиатрии (депрессия, тревожность, РПП и т.д.)? На днях закончила свой тщательный подсчёт калорий. Я на протяжении двух месяцев взвешивала всю еду, вбивала всё в fatsecret, просила в заведениях бумажки с КБЖУ. Результаты классные, я скинула пару лишних килограмм. Ещё несколько моментов про скуку скажу. Вот вообще скука часто воспринимается как то, что вообще не достойно внимания и уж тем более денежных затрат. Часто как только клиент начинает скучать в терапии, то сразу спешит завершить её или уменьшить частоты встреч (про критерии готовности к завершению писала здесь, а гид по разным постам о внутрянке психотерапии тут).
