Совет Федерации одобрил закон о приоритете альтернативного наказания для предпринимателей, сообщает ТАСС. Проще говоря, среди всех мер приоритетной для предпринимателя должна избираться та, которая позволит ему продолжать заниматься бизнесом. Ну вообще, странно немного, а может инженер тоже – важнейший человек на предприятии Х, почему ему альтернативная мера пресечения не может быть выбрана?

Читаю про маркировку рекламы, и есть вопрос к штрафам. Нововведение по маркировке относится ко всей рекламе в интернете: медийной, контекстной, таргетированной, нативной, SEO, рекламе в блогах, рекламе в СМИ. Вот существует канал с мемами в телеграм, который рекламирует другой канал с мемами. К кому ФАС придет выписывать штраф? В telega.in напишет? Или на tg.stat? Много вопросов, мало ответов…

Владелец Zewa продает бизнес российскому акционеру. Согласно сообщению Минпромторга, шведская компания Essity, владеющая брендами Zewa, Libresse и Libero, продает активы в России. Рабочие места сохраняются (а это самое главное), и Zewa теперь будет ЗЕВОЙ. Остальные названия также будут русифицированы. Если честно, в этих условиях смущают только русифицированные названия, выглядит, как оммаж на былые марки.
