Бан - сложная штука в Гугле. Обе стороны должны попробовать восстановить почту: https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/recoveryidentifier?source (там важно с какого устройства‼️и важно указывать разные последние пароли). Если нужно подождать - ждите. Если гугл ничего не требует (например, смс с номера), то восстановить почту не получится. В таком случае, при наличии записи у всех, делается возврат средств покупателю

9. После смены каких-либо данных на почте (обычно при смене пароля) может прийти бан. Бан случается хаотично, заранее никак не определить, и в этом покупатель не виноват.
