شنا براي درمان بيماري ها مزيت ديگري که شنا نسبت به ساير ورزش ها دارد اين است که شدت کمي دارد. بنابراين براي آنها که مشکلات مفصلي دارند يا دچار پوکي استخوان هستند نيز مفيد است. در آخر بايد بگويم که اگر شما ورزشهايي مي کنيد که روي مفصل هايتان شدت زيادي وارد ميآيد مثل تنيس يا دو، شنا مي تواند براي بدنتان مثل مرهم عمل کند و اين فشار روي مفصل هايتان را کاهش دهد. @chamransaveh
