1、新运营团队在遭遇难缠客诉或退款申请时，直接封号踢出，为自身止损（不用退款、不用服务、解决人比解决问题更容易，yyds）。 2、有老用户愤愤不平的抱怨称以前梦迪在的时候，开两会都不会这样。据此质疑新运营团队的服务决心与技术实力太水。 3、当机场连续多日遭遇非功夫墙导致的不稳定问题时，引来老用户一片吐槽之声。为用户解决问题时甚至以脑溢血为感慨，怀疑用户是“脑血栓”的菜鸟、啥都不会。 4、在客户抱怨的当下，有人出来解围比烂，用所谓自身经历更烂的机场做比较，以期望大家能够识时务。证明catnet还不错。要求大家非常时期互相理解。
1、更换新运营团队后，服务态度开始摆烂，不仅对群组加强了管控，开启了慢速模式，设置成1分钟只能发一条消息，还恬不知耻的说“不跑路就是最大的优惠”！ 2、因客服多次发出笑断j8的表情，遭群内不明真相的群众公开质疑其是否j8断了,据第三方可靠消息称其装配的是可拆卸式j8。
原汁原味的梦迪机场已不复存在，8月份换了老板后，节点天天挂b，现在mdss=catnet
