PONOVIMO GRADIVO: Ukoliko neprijateljske formacije koriste civilnu infrastrukturu u vojno operativne svrhe, ti isti civilni objekti postaju LEGITIMNI VOJNI CILJ, a subjekt koji je zauzeo i koristi civilne objekte odgovoran je za evakuaciju i sigurnost civila, i ima legalno tražiti "time out" za evakuaciju civila. Ukoliko ne dozvoljava, odnosno ne evakuira civile, smatra se da direktno koristi civile kao "živi štit" …

Apsolutno istu tehniku smo gledalu u Ukrajini, raketiranje željezničke stanice u Kramatorsku, pune civila u bijegu iz grada, koji željeznički kolodvor je raketiran s Ukrajinske strane u sprečavanju bijega civila, te lijepljnju zlodjela na Ruse. Istu tehniku u Hamasovoj izvedbi gledamo u Gazi!

Situacija Dvor na Uni, (8,9,10 kolovoz 1995) Državljani Hrvatske u izbjegličkoj koloni zaštopali cestu Trgovi-Grmušani-Dvor prema prijelazu u BiH (Bosanski Novi). Po naređenju Mile Novakovića, oklop srpske paravojske gazi sve pred sobom, ubijajući stotine civila, cijele obitelji, izvlače oklop na bosansku stranu. Večer prije s svojom borbenom grupom došli smo skroz kod Dvora, skoro izbivši na cestu punu izbjeglica…
