خیلیها براشون سوال شده که چطوری من از یکسال پیش، تونستم ۲ جنگ، فشارهای اقتصادی، مکانیزم ماشه و حتی ترور بیت رهبری یا کودتا رو پیشبینی کنم. از طرفی برای خیلیها سواله که در ادامه چه اتفاقی میوفته. یکسری هم مشکلشون اینه که این مدت همهی بازارها پر از تلاطم شدن و دلار شبیه مانکن ثابت مونده. برای همین با پیشنهادهای شما تصمیم خیلی مهمی گرفتم.

لغو تحریم نفتی به مدت ۶۰ روز مبارک همه مردم باشه و امیدوارم این لغو تحریمها دائمی باشه تا مردم بتونن نفس بکشن. اگر شرایط با همین خوبی و خوشی که تا الان بوده ادامه پیدا کنه و نقشهای پشتش نباشه (که بعیده) بزودی شاهد تغییرات عمده اقتصادی خواهیم بود. من در نگاه یکساله اصلا به این روند خوشبین نیستم اما اگر اتفاقی باعث بشه مردم حتی یک روز بهتر زندگی کنن، چرا که نه؟ کاهش قیمت خودرو، مسکن، تورم، تثبیت ارز و… شاید باعث ب…
نقدینگی در اسفند سال گذشته ۵۳ درصد رشد رو تجربه کرده و این یعنی فاجعه. امیدوارم با طرحهایی مثل صندوق درآمد ثابت ارزی و سایر طرحها بتونن جلوی اتفاقات آتی بازار ارز رو بگیرن. متاسفانه فعلا دنبال بالا بردن نرخ بهره بانکی هستن تا کشور وارد رکود بشه و همه چیز رو قفل کنن. تا پایان سال کاری به جز امید و دعا و انرژی مثبت نمیتونیم داشته باشیم.
در روزهای آتی بعضی روزها، نواحی نوسانگیری برای بازارهای متنوع رو براتون اعلام میکنم اما قبلش مهمه که چندتا نکته خیلی خیلی مهم رو بدونید. اول از همه اینکه این نواحی برای شماها نیست. برای کسیه که نوسانگیری میکنه. نوسانگیری با یک پول خیلی کم، با یک استراتژی شخصی اتفاق میوفته. مثلا من اگه گفتم طلا توی این ناحیه سل داره، ورندارید برید طلاهاتون رو بفروشید چون شماها نوسانگیری نمیکنید روی داراییهاتون. دوم اینکه، این…
تقریبا اکثر نمادهای به دردبخور بورسی امروز صف فروش بودن. فرآوردههای نفتی هم شروع کردن به خالی کردن سهماشون. امیدوارم فاجعه ۹۹ تکرار نشه. فقط امیدوارم.

من بر اساس خوشبینی افراطی به این تفاهم و با فرض اتفاق افتادنش، ۳ سناریو رو متصور هستم. قبل از بررسی این ۳ سناریو بد نیست که حرفهای وزیر اقتصاد رو هم در نظر بگیریم که گفته همینطوریش کلی کسری بودجه داشتیم و بخاطر جنگ هم تا الان مجبور شدیم از بانک مرکزی پول قرض بگیریم. این یعنی افزایش بیسابقه نقدینگی و تصمیماتی مبنی بر افزایش نرخ بهره یا تزریق پول دولتی به بورس برای اینه که تاثیر این چاپ پول رو فعلا عقب بندازن و اثر…
