Почему 1-этажный дом? Довольно частый вопрос, попробуем ответить. 1. Избавляет от необходимости перемещаться (и перемещать с собой вещи) вверх-вниз по зданию. Понятно, что это невредная физическая нагрузка, но вместе с тем в быту это неудобно. Всем привет! Сегодня я подробно расскажу про нашу крышу, а точнее про «пирог» нашей крыши. Мы решили совместить две технологии в одну и вот что получилось по слоям: → ПВХ-мембрана → Геотекстиль 300 (*) → ОСП 15 мм → Обрешетка и конртобрешетка 60 мм → Ветро/влагозащита → Минеральная вата 50 мм → Гидро/пароизоляция (*) плотность геотекстиля, Масса 1 кв.м., кг = 0.300

Всем привет! Сегодня у нас знаменательный день – мы возобновили строительство дома спустя 6,5 месяцев. Напомню суть проблемы: в декабре мы решили делать не железную крышу, а ПВХ-мембрану, полностью герметичную. Сложность в том, что в Армении это новая технология, ПВХ-мембрана это большая редкость, только под заказ с привозом специалистов и оборудования из РФ под большие объекты… И вот мы нашли мастера с оборудовани…

Приступили к крыше. Технологический процесс следующий: На металлическую конструкцию монтируем первый слой деревянного бруса, обработанного огнебиозащитой Bioteks с розовым индикатором (для точности нанесения) от огня и биоразрушений.
