Я не говорю, что помощь другим полностью отключит ваш страх. Но когда вы помогаете другим, вы начинаете превозмогать этот страх и побеждать его. Вы не избавляетесь от страха, но становитесь выше него. Поэтому если у вас есть момент тревожности за кого-то, особенно если этот человек находится в гуще событий, то просто помогите кому-то, чтобы вы не ощущали себя бесполезным. Причем, небольшая подсказка: это не обязатель…
