Мы закрываем один из наших филиалов. Скажу честно: мысли об этом у меня были последние два года. Почему? Мы делали одни и те же действия на всех четырёх точках. На том самом филиале на 204 квартале -даже больше. Но с каждым годом там всё равно была отрицательная динамика. Последние две недели я воевала со сбером. Чтобы не отписывать тут всю ситуацию, в двух словах у них поменялась механика работы с эквайрингом, и там царит полный бардак. В итоге на несколько дней мы на самом большом филиале остались без кассы. Я барышня эмоциональная, решила быстро обзвонить все банки и найти для этой точки новый терминал эквайринг. На удивление у Т банка обнаружила хорошие условия и %. Не долго думая…

Заметила тренд на усталость -и в этом, и в прошлом году.
