А дальше еще интереснее😏 осмотр в рамках камеральной проверки, в какой момент требование налогового органа считается полученным, может ли инспекция запросить любые документы, вправе ли налоговая получать информацию о личных банковских счетах физического лица... И ещё многое другое. Эти вопросы вызывают больше всего споров на практике. Разберем обязательно позже.
