Stell dir vor, es sollen bei dir im Wald oder in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wohnort neue Windkraftanlagen errichtet werden und du reichst daher beim zuständigen Umweltamt einen Widerspruch ein. Nun erreicht dich ein Schreiben, dass dich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr bis in Höhe von 3.000€ erwarten kann, wenn du diesen Widerspruch nicht bis zum 16. Juni zurückziehst. Klingt absurd…
