Полностью согласен. Кадровый дефицит во всех гос структураз от детских садов до администрации области. Кадры с большой земли едут очень неохотно и ненадолго. Население на той стороне настроено враждебно, даже при аховой ситуации в экономике и на фронте. Территории, которые к нам отходят - это руины без людей. Это трагедия и вторая руина. Есть разница подходов к региональной элите у российских властей и киевского режима. На Украине снова форсят тему мобилизации на освобождённых территориях. Основная аудитория таких сообщений - уехавшие из Бердянска. Ну и, конечно, показать, что мобилизация не только на Украине, но и на освобождённых территориях. Никакой мобилизации у нас не проводят. Чем занимается военкомат в Бердянске - мне неведомо.

Национализацию активов украинских олигархов необходимо было проводить очень давно. Остается очень много вопросов, почему этого сделано не было. Эти объекты и юридические лица, перерегистрированные в России спокойно работали все эти годы, принося прибыль своим владельцам, которые спонсировали террористические атаки на Донецк и Луганск.
